Medical Relief :
In order to provide Medical Relief to the people of slum areas of Kolkata the Anjuman runs a free Homeo Mobile Dispensary which is a separate Medical section under the relief scheme. This Dispensary holds camps in different parts of the city in its own vehicle on fixed days of the week. Qualified doctors assisted by para medical staff manage these camps efficiently. The Homeo Charitable Dispensary at Narkeldanga Main Road also renders remarkable services in the treatment of poor patients. A qualified Doctor assisted by para medical staff manage this dispensary three days a week. During the year 2018-2019 as many as 3,638 patients were treated in the dispensary.

Burial :
The Anjuman is appreciated by the public at large for the unique service of this section, which is the oldest and most important section of the Anjuman. This section was started in the early days of the Anjuman with the aim of removing and disposing of unclaimed dead bodies of Muslims lying in Morgues, Hospitals, Railway Platforms and the Streets of Kolkata, Howrah and suburbs with performance according to the Islamic Shariah in the Exclusive Block of the Burial Ground at GOBRA-1. This is entirely free and noble service of the Anjuman. During the year 2018-2019 two hundred and nineteen 219 Muslim dead bodies were collected and proper burial given according to the Islamic Shariah.
Besides arranging the burial of dead bodies, the Anjuman also assists the public in the removal of dead bodies from Hospitals and Nursing Homes to different destinations including their residences and or to Graveyards. For carrying out this service there is only one hearse van which remains on standby round the clock.
Some infrastructure development works were also undertaken at the burial ground at Gobra-1 during the year 2018-2019 for the betterment of this section.
There is a need for a second Hearse Van and keeping this in mind the Anjuman APPEALS to the Public at Large to come forward and assist the Anjuman in procuring a second Hearse Van in order to provide a better and more efficient service in this field.
The Anjuman also APPEALS to the Public at large to urge their family members, relatives and friends to come forward and Donate on a REGULAR MONTHLY BASIS towards the noble cause of Kafan and Dafan of the Anjuman.
Education Relief :
The Anjuman has established itself as an institution in imparting education in Urdu Medium and is well commended for this. There are plans to open an English Medium School by the Anjuman at 16. Hati Bagan Road, Kolkata - 700 014. The construction of a new building is in progress .The Anjuman has established and is maintaining the following schools which are duly recognised by the West Bengal Government Education Department.
Ambulance Services :
With illness and accidents on the rise, Ambulance Service is vital as it serves to carry patients from Homes to Hospitals or Nursing Homes and vice-a-versa at an unimaginable cheap rate. The Anjuman at the moment has three Ambulance efforts are in process to procure another Ambulance to enhance the services offered by this section. Ambulance's of Anjuman Mufidul Islam, Calcutta, are now Equipped with Oxygen Cylinder.

Vocational Training :
The Anjuman started a vocational service in TAILORING in 1970 where 200 students are trained every tear. A Nurses Training Centre is in the offing & is likely to be established shortly.
Dini Maktab :
Several Maktabs are run by the Anjuman in different parts of Kolkata mainly in slum area for imparting education to the poor and needy children. Books and stationeries are provided to children free of cost at the Maktabs.
Tabligh Section :
A congregation of ladies from the Muslim Community assemble once a week for which the Anjuman provides space at 20, Noor Ali Lane, Kolkata-700 014 where religious instructions are imparted by qualified ladies. This section of Tabligh for women continued to work as ever before.
